Vigantas teaches and creates pottery in the capital, Vilnius. He is a founding member of the Craft Guild, a studio and gallery that aims to spread traditional pottery techniques. With a strong build and a gentle expression, the pottery he creates has a mysterious charm that combines precision with generosity. Bird whistles, which have been made as toys in Lithuania since the 16th century, also take on polka dot patterns in Vigantas' hands. Precautions for use: This pottery is made from Lithuanian red clay that has been baked at around 800°C. It is relatively soft and not as resistant to impacts as bricks or terracotta, so please handle with care.
