Shipping within Japan
・Orders that fit within the Click Post limits are automatically charged JPY 300 (including tax).
・Orders exceeding those limits are shipped by Yamato Transport. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
・Orders totaling JPY 12,000 or more (including tax) qualify for free shipping within Japan.
・Qualifying orders that fit within the Click Post limits are sent by Click Post.
Dispatch and delivery
・We usually dispatch orders within 3 business days. Depending on the circumstances, dispatch may take up to 7 days.
・Delivery dates cannot be selected for Click Post.
・Yamato Transport orders without a requested delivery date and time are dispatched as soon as they are ready.
Returns and exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only if an item is defective or differs from your order, and you contact us within 7 days of delivery. We do not accept cancellations or returns for personal reasons.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
・Items that have been opened and used
・Items received more than 7 days ago
・Made-to-order items
We cover return and exchange shipping costs only for defective or incorrectly supplied items.
