Shipping and handling charges

• If the quantity can be delivered by Click Post delivery, which is delivered to your mailbox, the Click Post shipping fee of 200 yen (tax included) will be automatically calculated.
• If the quantity exceeds the limit of Click Post delivery, delivery will be made by Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. Shipping charges will be calculated automatically based on the delivery address.
• If your total purchase amount is over ￥11,000 (tax included), we will ship your order free of charge.
• If your total purchase amount is over 11,000 yen (tax included) and the quantity is suitable for delivery by Click Post, we will send it via Click Post.

Shipping and delivery dates

• We aim to ship within 3 business days, but please note that it may take up to 7 days depending on the situation.
• If you use Click Post, you cannot specify a delivery date.
• If you do not specify a delivery date and time for Yamato Transport, your order will be shipped as soon as it is ready to be shipped.
