My Cup of Tea, with its herbal culture nurtured by the rich natural environment of Europe, sources tea leaves and herbs from around the world, including Lithuania, to create its original tisanne blends. Tisanes is French for herbal tea. Since ancient times, Europe has had a culture of using herbs as a way of life, and tisannes have been a familiar part of daily life. My Cup of Tea's tisannes are made in our own Lithuanian workshop using traditional methods, but also with recipes suited to modern life.
